The Role
As the Business Development Manager for Florida, you will lead the charge in increasing our market share across multiple sectors to grow our customer base and drive significant revenue growth.
Reporting directly to the VP of Business Development, you will play a key role in acquiring new clients and building lasting relationships. Your typical day will include a mix of face-to-face meetings, cold calling, strategic networking, and contributing to the implementation of fresh and innovative approaches designed to maximize revenue.

Requirements
- At least two years proven experience in business development or sales, preferably in a related industry.
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent.
- Valid driver's license.
- Ideally, you will reside in the Atlanta Metro area, although travel will be necessary throughout the state of Georgia.
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Excellent strategic planning abilities to identify growth opportunities.
- Proficiency in project management practices to oversee multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software, and with Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong analytical skills to assess market data and make informed decisions.
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on building rapport with clients.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
