River City Transport is hiring full-time CDL A OTR Dry Van Drivers in the West. River City Transport is a family owned and operated asset-based provider with terminals in the midwest and west coast. RCT is looking to add OTR and regional drivers in your market. With dedicated contracts for some of the largest shippers in North America, we would like you join our team! Compensation :
- Average annual pay : $95,000
- Top driver annual pay : $115,000
50 - 56 CPM based on experience and driving record
Average weekly miles : 3,000 All miles paid, loaded & unloadedGuaranteed Pay : $1,000 per weekAdditional Pay :Breakdown Pay : $150 per day if no replacement unit is available
Layover Pay : $150Detention Pay : $20 per hour after 2 free hoursClean inspection report :Level I Inspection : $100.00
Level II Inspection : $50.00Extra holiday pay : $150 incentive for driving on a holiday (7 holidays per year)Bonuses :Referral bonus : $1,500 paid in increments over 1 year
Quarterly Safety Bonus : $250 - $1,000Safe driving (no accidents or infractions)

Must be at least 23 years of ageMust have CDL A licenseMust have a minimum of 2 year verifiable commercial tractor-trailer driving experienceNo DUI's or felony driving convictions in the last 5 yearsNo major violations in the last 3 yearsNo more than 3 minor violations in the last 3 yearsMust meet Department of Transportation (DOT) testing and physical requirements and be knowledgeable of DOT regulationsMust be able to pass a background check and required pre-employment drug screenHiring Area : River City is primarily hiring in the west states : WA, OR, ID, NVWill consider drivers nationwide
