You will play a vital role in helping patients select eyewear, managing administrative tasks, and ensuring smooth office operations.
Key Responsibilities :
- Assist patients with frame selection to ensure the perfect fit, style, and comfort.
- File insurance claims for exams and glasses and verify benefits for patients.
- Inspect and check in eyewear jobs before they are dispensed to patients.
- Answer phones professionally and assist patients with inquiries or scheduling.
- Schedule appointments for exams, fittings, and follow-ups.
- Order contact lenses for patients and ensure timely delivery.
- Assist other staff members with tasks to maintain the flow and efficiency of the office.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional work environment, including the optical sales area.
