Job Summary
The Facilities Manager is responsible for overseeing the maintenance and operations of the organization's facilities. Responsibilities
- Manage the daily operations of facility maintenance, ensuring all equipment and systems are in optimal working condition.
- Supervise and lead a team of maintenance personnel, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Conduct regular inspections of facilities to identify issues and implement necessary repairs or improvements.
- Oversee HVAC systems, ensuring they are maintained according to industry standards.
- Manage low voltage systems, including logic controllers, ensuring they function properly within the facility.
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to minimize downtime and extend the lifespan of equipment.
- Collaborate with other departments to coordinate facility needs and improvements.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and inventory management.
