River Crest Country Club is actively hiring Pool Service Supervisors for the 2025 summer season.
Located five miles from downtown Fort Worth, River Crest is Fort Worth's oldest and most storied country club.
JOB SUMMARY
The Pool Service Supervisor is responsible for ensuring that all Members’ food and beverage needs are satisfied while dining or drinking outside. The Pool Server Supervisor will have previous food and beverage service experience, a strong work ethic, a positive disposition and previous lead or management experience.

- Must have a professional, courteous & respectful attitude toward Members, guests, vendors, co-workers and supervisors.
- Education Required: Food Handlers Certification; TABC if 18 years old (within 30-days of hire; will provide)
Knowledge/Skills/Language Required
- English language skills. Must be able to clearly communicate verbally with Members, guests, supervisors and co-workers
- Active Listening - Giving full attention to what Members/guests are saying, taking time to understand the points being made, asking questions as appropriate

Abilities/Work Activities Required
- Perform General Physical Activities - Performing physical activities that require considerable use of your arms and legs and moving your whole body, such as climbing, lifting, balancing, walking, stooping, and handling of materials.
- Able to comfortably lift 35 - 40 lbs
- Handling and Moving Objects - Using hands and arms in handling, installing, positioning, moving materials, and manipulating things.
- Ability to walk, stand, bend, kneel and stoop for up to 8 hours
RESPONSIBILITIES / DUTIES / FUNCTIONS / TASKS
- Supervision of pool service staff to include task accomplishment and remedial training
- Ensure Member and guest satisfaction with services provided
- Verify that all charge tickets are handled correctly
- Advise MOD of any complaints as soon as they occur
- Communicate with the staff any information relating to service or special events
- Verifies completion of opening and closing duties and will assign staff accordingly
- Completes all service duties in accordance with the guidelines for high standards of service set forth by RCCC
- Greets Members and their guests by last name whenever possible
- Ensures that Members and their guests receive immediate attention and service upon arrival
- Observes all club policies in dealing with Members and non-Members in club usage
- Informs MOD of any complaints or problems that occur throughout the shift
- Ensures that all established service procedures and standards are adhered to and performed with the emphasis on giving superior service to the Members
PHYSICAL DEMANDS AND WORK ENVIRONMENT
- Required to stand for long periods and walk, climb stairs, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, bend, stretch and twist or reach
- Use of hands and arms to handle, position, move materials, and manipulate things
- Ability to push, pull or lift up to 40 lbs
- Must be able to perform duties in excessive heat and inclement weather
- Be able to work in direct sunlight and be responsible to protect themselves with coverage and/or sunscreen.
