Lead Preschool Teacher

Bethlehem | Full Time, Hourly | Monday - Friday 7 : 30am - 4 : 30am or 8 : 00am - 5 : 00pm | $17 - $20 per hour

We are looking for a lead teacher passionate about bringing the best out in kids, connecting to our community and having fun!

What is needed for this job

  • High School diploma
  • CDA or Associates in Early Childhood Education preferred
  • 2 years of experience working with children in a preschool setting
  • Passionate about working with children in a fun, diverse environment
  • 18 years of age

The responsibilities we will trust you with :

  • Designing age appropriate lesson plans and activities for ages 3-5
  • Cultivating and fostering a safe and nurturing environment that will encourage physical, emotional, and intellectual growth of children in the program
  • Adjusting curriculum and conducting assessments to ensure that all children meet the learning objectives
  • Utilizing state and YMCA guidelines to ensure the safety and well being of the children
  • Building strong relationships and communication with the parents
