Ability Swim Instructor Salary: $16.00-18.00 per hour
Ability Swim Instructor Hours: Evening/Weekend availability for private lessons (Part Time)
Ability Swim Instructor Responsibilities:
- Working with special needs individuals to help them achieve their swim-skill goals
- Ensuring that lessons are conducted in accordance with the YMCA's internal lesson plans and policies
- Ensuring a safe, nurturing environment for the students to thrive in
Ability Swim Instructor Qualifications:
- 18 years of age or older
- Have the ability to successfully complete our in-water skills assessment
- Have experience working with children
