Lead Ability Camp Counselor
Annandale, NJ | Part Time, Seasonal, Hourly | $18 - $21 per hour

What is needed for this job as our Lead Ability Camp Counselor:
- 21 years of age
- 1 year of working with children
- 3 years experience working with the Special Needs community (professional, volunteer, or familial)
- Bachelor Degree (Special Education or Education preferred)
The responsibilities we will trust you with as our Lead Ability Camp Counselor:
- Supervise and engage Ability Campers in regularly scheduled camp activities and provide pull-out opportunities for campers who may need them
- Provide instructional support and age appropriate progressive skill development in the program
- Adapt program activities according to camper's needs
- Provide feedback to participants and parents/guardians on individual performance
- Planning and executing activities can be expected throughout the week depending on the age group you are working with.
