Job Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Dock Hand to join our team. As a Dock Hand, you will be responsible for assisting with the loading and unloading of boats, maintaining the cleanliness of the dock area, and ensuring the safe and efficient operation of equipment.

Duties:
- Assist in the loading and unloading of boats , trucks, and other transportation vehicles
- Secure boats/equipment using appropriate equipment and techniques
- Operate forklifts, cranes, and other machinery to move cargo as needed
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dock area
- Inspect equipment for any damages or malfunctions and report any issues to supervisors
- Follow safety protocols and guidelines at all times to ensure a safe working environment

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience working in a dock or warehouse setting preferred
- Mechanical knowledge and ability to operate machinery such as forklifts and cranes
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
- Physical stamina to lift heavy objects and work in various weather conditions
- Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members
