River Edge offers outpatient services at our Emery Highway-Macon, Monroe County and Baldwin County locations. Outpatient services include behavioral health, nursing, and psychiatric assessment, stabilization and medication maintenance services as well as crisis intervention services as well as awareness, education and recovery groups.
River Edge is currently seeking a Full-time Master Level Clinician for the Judiciary In-reach Program. Under the supervision of the Program Manager, the Master Level Clinician will conduct confidential behavioral health assessments, brief and on-going mental health counseling, substance abuse assessment and counseling, for clients at the Bibb County Jail.

Qualifications
Competencies :
Crisis Management : Ability to identify potential crisis situations and intervene appropriately to ensure the safety and well-being of clients.
Assessment : Conduct confidential behavioral health assessments to determine the appropriate level of care for clients.
Treatment Planning : Facilitate the development of solution-focused treatment plans that address clients' goals and objectives.
Communication and Collaboration : Strong interpersonal skills to engage effectively with clients, colleagues, and interdisciplinary teams, fostering collaboration, and maintaining open communication to ensure coordinated care and support.
Attention to Detail and Compliance : Demonstrated ability to maintain quality, up-to-date clinical records and adhere to internal and external policies, procedures, regulations, and standards, including those set forth by River Edge, DBHDD, state licensing agencies, county monitoring requirements, and managed care regulations.
