Community Support Services Program Manager
The Community Support Services Program Manager at River Edge Behavioral Health is responsible for planning, implementing, and overseeing case management roles that support individuals in behavioral health and substance use programs, along with their families in the community. This role involves managing resources, coordinating with stakeholders, and ensuring programs comply with Georgia state regulations and CSB service standards. The Program Manager will oversee Core Case Management, APEX, Assertive Community Treatment (ACT), Intensive Case Management (ICM), and InTune programs, as well as the River Edge Community Outreach and Utilization Liaison.

Community Support Services Program Manager
The Community Support Services Program Manager at River Edge Behavioral Health is responsible for planning, implementing, and overseeing case management roles that support individuals in behavioral health and substance use programs, along with their families in the community. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and oversee behavioral health and substance abuse programs case management services in alignment with CSB objectives and Georgia Department of Behavioral Health and Developmental Disabilities (DBHDD) regulations.
- Provide leadership and operational oversight for Core Case Management, APEX, ACT, ICM, and InTune programs, oversight of the Community Outreach and Utilization Liaison, ensuring program effectiveness and client-centered service delivery.
- Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations, including Medicaid and other funding requirements.
- Manage program budgets, track expenditures, and ensure financial sustainability through state and federal funding sources.
- Establish partnerships with local agencies, healthcare providers, law enforcement, and government entities to enhance service delivery.
- Supervise program staff and volunteers, providing training, support, and performance evaluations in accordance with CSB policies.
- Conduct community needs assessments to identify service gaps and recommend program improvements.
- Monitor and evaluate program effectiveness through data collection, reporting, and quality assurance reviews.
- Develop and maintain policies and procedures to ensure compliance with DBHDD guidelines and grant requirements.
- Advocate for community mental health needs through public speaking engagements and participation in local initiatives.
- Promote programs through marketing, outreach, and community education initiatives.
- Master’s degree in Social Work, Public Administration, Behavioral Health, Nonprofit Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in program management, community services, behavioral health, or a related area.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, particularly in healthcare or human services settings.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience in budget management, grant writing, and Medicaid billing preferred.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse community groups, stakeholders, and healthcare providers.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and electronic health record (EHR) systems.
- Knowledge of Georgia DBHDD regulations, Medicaid policies, and best practices in community mental health services.
- Office setting with regular travel to community sites, partner organizations, and state agencies.
- May require evening or weekend hours for crisis response, events, and outreach activities.
