Job Title: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
River Edge Rehabilitation and Nursing is a resident-centered, quality-focused skilled nursing facility seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide direct nursing care to our residents.
About the Role:
- Supervise day-to-day nursing activities performed by nursing assistants in accordance with Federal, State, and Local standards, guidelines, and regulations.
- Observe and manage resident health according to individual needs.
- Collect, track, maintain, and review patient medical history, charts, and physical condition.
- Administer medications, provide wound care, perform diagnostic procedures, and collect specimens.
