Duties
- Oversee all aspects of restaurant and lodging operations, including staff management, customer service, and financial performance.
- Develop and implement training programs to enhance staff skills in food handling, bartending, and restaurant management.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations while maintaining high standards of customer satisfaction, cleanliness, and service.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to create innovative menus that reflect current trends in fine dining.

Skills

- Proficiency in food production techniques and food handling regulations.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with staff and customers.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Experience in bartending is a plus but not required.
