Admissions Administrative Assistant
We are seeking a friendly, professional, and customer-service-oriented individual to join our Admissions team as an Admissions Administrative Assistant. This front-line position plays a key role in representing our organization to prospective families, providing them with a welcoming and informative experience. Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and provide a warm, informative tour to prospective families visiting the campus.
- Act as the first point of contact for inquiries about admissions, providing accurate information about our programs and services.
- Assist with the administrative tasks related to the admissions process, including data entry, scheduling, and document management.
- Support the admissions staff by preparing materials, coordinating events, and following up with prospective families.
- Maintain a positive, approachable attitude and excellent customer service at all times.
- Assist with maintaining the admissions database, ensuring all family information is accurately entered and updated.
- Provide general office support to the Admissions team as needed.
Qualifications:
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally both in person and via phone/email.
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and the ability to learn new software quickly.
- Working knowledge of PCC, EPIC, Microsoft Office products and other admissions software.
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Prior experience in Admissions or a medical office setting is preferred, but not required.
- Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team.
- Positive, welcoming demeanor with a passion for helping others.
