Painter
River Garden Senior Services is seeking an experienced painter/maintenance worker to join our Facilities Management department. Position responsible for applying paint products, repairing wall damage, completing basic flooring repairs, maintaining paint inventory and basic maintenance tasks as assigned.
The ideal candidate will have five years’ experience as a painter in an occupied commercial environment. Carpenter experience along with two years Health Care experience preferred. Understanding of Infection Control IRCA barrier standards and process in a healthcare facility preferred.

What you Need:
- The ideal candidate will have two years’ prior paint, maintenance experience in a health care or occupied commercial environment setting.
- Experience as a commercial, apartment maintenance technician/ carpenter skills and general routine maintenance building experience preferred.
This is a full-time hourly, non-supervisory position.
