ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS OF POSITION :
- Administer medications within the scope of practice and facility policies and procedures
- Report abnormalities and changes of resident condition to the charge nurse
- Document accordingly using eMAR
- Oversee CNAs and delegate tasks within their scope of practice
- Participate and attend in-service and staff meetings
- Assist staff with other tasks while adhearing to guidelines
- Abiding by HIPAA regulations at all times
EDUCATION / REQUIREMENTS :
