Job Listing: Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP)-Fairfield, Iowa.
Qualifications: Vacancy for a Full-Time Primary Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP). Requires current licensure in the State of Iowa as an Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner. Candidates must be computer proficient and have excellent data entry skills. The ideal candidate should have a team player attitude, solid organizational skills, ability to multi-task in a fast paced work environment and possess excellent customer service skills.
Duties: The Psychiatric Advanced Nurse Practitioner supports the goals, philosophy and objectives of River Hills Community Health Center. The Nurse Practitioner works in collaboration the care team and with other RHCHC providers within the approved protocols and guidelines to provide comprehensive psychiatric care to psychiatric clients. The Nurse Practitioner must consistently act within the scope of nursing practice and the role of the nurse practitioner as identified in the rules governing the advanced practice aspects of nursing found in 655 IAC Chapter 7.
Hours: Monday-Friday daytime hours.
