Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our team in daily operations. The ideal candidate will possess strong clerical and office management skills. This role is essential for maintaining monthly and annual reporting. The administrative tasks and reporting must be completed accurately and timely.
Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office.
- Manage calendars, monthly reporting and annual reporting.
- Maintain organized records and files, both electronic and paper-based.
- Assist with preparation of reports, presentations, and correspondence.
- Handle incoming calls and inquiries professionally.
- Collaborate with team members to support various projects as needed.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar role.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in computer literacy, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word and Excel).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy in all tasks.
- Previous experience in office management or clerical work is preferred.
