What are the responsibilities and job description for the Customer Service and Facilities Coordinator position at River Mill Boat & RV Storage?
Assistant manger will assist owner and senior manager in day to day facility operations. Responsibilities include meeting/greeting new and existing customers, answering the business phone, giving facility tours, leasing of self storage units, leasing of boat & RV storage, learning industry software, handling of payments, specialized forklift operation (training provided).
Minimum experience in storage / warehousing / Customer Service or similar industry: 2 years
Must be available to work alternating Saturdays from 8:30am - 2:00pm
Closed on Sundays
Education: GED or Highschool Graduate
Skills: Must have people skills and understand the value of customer service
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $650.00 - $800.00 per week
