Reporting to the Member Dining Manager, the Bistro Server is responsible for serving and assisting the Membership in the Member Dining areas that range from fine dining to casual and family friendly dining rooms. An evolving knowledge of food and beverage is essential to ensuring that members and their guests have an enjoyable dining experience.

Duties and Responsibilities
- Provide quick, efficient and courteous service to the members through all pool side areas.
- Complete opening and closing duties.
- Suggest special features from the kitchen and bars.
- Receive member orders, inputting correctly into POS, assisting expediting, running and serving of orders.
- Assist members with delivery of orders.
- Clear tables and maintain a clean and orderly operation.
- Maintain the stock of food and beverages areas for daily operation.
- Maintain and organize all tables and front of house areas through service.
- Organize and restock back of house service areas.
- Assist in set up and breakdown of buffets and Responsibilities.
Qualifications
- At least 1 years’ experience in the front-of-house restaurant world preferred.
- Fluent English speaker.
