We are looking for a Food Runner to join the ROCC team! If you’d like to gain experience in the restaurant industry and learn how to provide an excellent dining experience, we’d like to meet you. To be considered for this role, you should be available to work various shifts, including weekends. Ultimately, you will ensure our members, and their guests have a high-quality dining experience by serving their food in a timely and accurate manner.
Pay Rate $15.00- $16.00/hour | Exceptional Employee Amenities | Beautiful location
Duties and Responsibilities
- Provide quick, efficient and courteous service to the members through all pool side areas
- Completes opening and closing duties
- Is an immediate point of contact to other servers/bartenders/food runners
- Uphold ROCC standards such as: Cell phone policy, uniform/personal appearance
- Assists in setting up private parties (when needed)
- Suggest special features from the kitchen and bars
- Receive Member orders, inputting correctly into POS, assisting expediting, running and serving of orders
- Maintain and organize all tables and front of house areas through service
- Organize and restock back of house service areas
- Assist in set up and breakdown of buffets
- Assist members with delivery of orders
- Clear tables and maintain a clean and orderly operation
- Maintain the stock of food and beverages for daily operation
- Fill out daily requisitions
- Answer member concerns and resolve issues efficiently and effectively
- Oversee all closing duties, restocking of items and proper set up/breakdown of the cabanas, bistro, bar and pool deck

- Fluent English speaker
