Reporting to the Member Dining Manager, the Lead Bistro Server is responsible for overseeing front of the house operations during service, providing guidance and support to the serving staff, and serving and assisting the Membership in the Member Dining areas that range from fine dining to casual and family friendly dining rooms. An evolving knowledge of food and beverage is essential to ensuring that members and their guests have an enjoyable dining experience.

Duties and Responsibilities
- Provide quick, efficient and courteous service to the members through all Dining Rooms
- Complete opening and closing duties
- Set-up dining areas, including patio based upon anticipated member counts
- Greet and assist in seating Members
- Suggest special features from the kitchen and bars.
- Receive Member orders, inputting correctly into POS, assisting expediting, running and serving of orders
- Maintain and organize all tables and front of house areas through service
- Organize and restock back of house service areas
- Assist in set up and breakdown of breakfast buffet
Qualifications
- At least 1 years’ experience in the front-of-house restaurant world preferred
- TABC and Texas Food Handler Certified
- Fluent English speaker
