What You'll Do as Director of Nursing
Provide hands-on leadership and clinical support to direct care staff
Oversee training, compliance, and quality assurance measures
Develop and manage individualized care plans
Ensure medication and treatment protocols are followed
Partner with physicians, families, and staff to optimize resident care
