To be successful in this role, you must have a current and unencumbered Oklahoma Registered Nurse (RN) License. Up-to-date First Aid and CPR certification are also required. A minimum of one year's experience in a skilled nursing or long-term care environment is preferred.

Responsibilities:
- Administer prescribed medications and treatments according to approved nursing techniques.
- Maintain accurate resident charts.
- Monitor residents' conditions, recording significant changes and reactions.
- Notify relevant parties of changes in resident condition and response to treatments.
- Take vital signs to detect deviations from normal and assess resident condition.
- Keep residents' families and physicians informed of any changes in resident behavior, medications, or health conditions.
