About the Role:
This is a part-time LPN position that requires flexibility and a willingness to work variable shifts, including weekends and holidays. As an LPN at River Oaks, you'll have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our residents and their families.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide nursing care to residents in accordance with established policies and procedures
- Conduct resident assessments and develop individualized care plans
- Communicate effectively with families and physicians regarding resident needs and progress
Requirements:
- Current LPN licensure in Oklahoma
- At least one year of experience in a Skilled Nursing or Long Term Care setting
