About the Position
We are seeking a hardworking Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team in a supportive and well-structured work environment.
Responsibilities:
- Obtain and administer prescribed medications and treatment in accordance with approved nursing techniques.
- Evaluate residents' condition and reactions, documenting significant changes and incidents.
- Take vital signs to detect deviations from normal and assess residents' health.
- Keep residents' family and physician informed of any changes in resident behavior, medications, or conditions of health.
- Modify care plans and directives as needed, in conjunction with residents' changes in condition.
Requirements:
- Current and unencumbered Oklahoma LPN License.
- At least 1 year of experience in Skilled Nursing or Long Term Care environment.
