This Medical Records Nurse position is responsible for providing high-quality care to our residents, while ensuring accurate and timely documentation of their medical history.
- Obtain and administer prescribed medications and treatment following approved nursing techniques
- Maintain current and accurate resident charts
- Notify appropriate parties of residents' changes in condition and response to drugs, treatments, and significant incidents
