We are looking for a friendly and efficient server to join our team in Rochester, MI. As a server, you will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to work well in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and take their orders
- Deliver food and beverages in a timely manner
- Ensure customer satisfaction by checking in with customers regularly
- Handle customer complaints or concerns with professionalism
- Work closely with kitchen staff to ensure accurate and timely orders
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
