As our new nighttime receptionist, you will be the voice and face of our dealership. We need someone with a winning attitude and a professional appearance. Job Responsibilities
- Reception and Visitor Management: Greet and receive visitors, determine the nature of their business, announce them to the appropriate personnel, and direct them to the appropriate waiting area or team member. Maintain a professional and welcoming reception area.
- Client Service and Support: Diffuse client concerns, provide initial assistance, and direct them to the appropriate team member or department for resolution, particularly regarding vehicle status updates. Ensure a positive client experience.
- Communication and Information Management: Answer and manage incoming calls, update and maintain the telephone directory, and take and relay messages accurately.
- Clerical and Administrative Support: Perform a variety of clerical duties, including typing, proofreading, data entry, filing, photocopying, faxing, and sorting mail. Maintain organized and accurate records.
- Vehicle Management (Demo Cars): Monitor car keys and maintain accurate logs of demo car reports. Ensure proper tracking and accountability of vehicle assets.
- Process Adherence: Understand and adhere to all established receptionist processes and procedures, ensuring consistent and efficient operations.
Education and/or Experience
High school diploma or GED; 1 to 3 months of related experience and/or training; Candidates with an equivalent combination of education and experience will also be considered.
