Admissions Coordinator - Weekend ( Saturday and Sunday)
The River Park Post-Acute Admission Coordinator’s primary duty is to drive and process admissions to River Park Post-Acute through clear and efficient communication with our hospital partners and proper documentation within facility systems.
Shift: 8am to 5pm - Saturday and Sunday
Pay: $17- $23 per hour depending on experience
Other duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Serves as a contact person for the admissions office in person, by telephone and by online messaging
- Assists with walk-in and scheduled tours with inquiring visitors
- Presents admission documentation to newly admitted patients
- Verifies resident rooms are ready for incoming admissions
- Performs other related tasks as required
SUPERVISION – Works under the general supervision of the Community Liaison for River Park Post-Acute.
ATTENDANCE – Individuals in this position are expected to be available during the normal business hours of River Park Post-Acute, and occasionally evenings as part of the admissions team.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively and positively with hospital partners, patients, families, staff, administration, and others.
- Proficiency in word processing and ability to learn and use a variety of personal computer software
