Please Note: Weekend availability (Friday through Sunday) is required.
What You’ll Do:
- Administer Medications: Follow physician orders and community policies to ensure residents receive their medications on time.
- Medication Management: Ensure timely medication refills, accurately document administration, and conduct weekly audits of medication administration records (MARs), updating as necessary.
- Coordinate with Pharmacies & Doctors: Help ensure timely medication orders and refills by working with pharmacies and healthcare providers.
- Maintain Med Room: Keep a clean, organized, and compliant medication room that supports efficient operations.
- Additional Responsibilities: Assist with other duties as assigned, always putting residents’ well-being first.

- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in senior care or medication administration
- Ability to follow detailed care plans and medication protocols
- Strong organizational and communication skills
