We at River Ranch RV Resort are seeking a skilled Property/Operation Manager to oversee HOA and LLC operations. The ideal candidate should have experience in property management, customer service, administrative skills, employee supervision and maintenance / landscaping expertise. Preference could be given to a candidate with a CAM license but not essential depending on the experience.
Responsibilities
Manage resident relations, handling inquiries, complaints and conflict resolution
Oversee insurance agreements, renewals and terminations
Maintain accurate records of property related documents and contracts
Coordinate property maintenance and repairs
Manage office, maintenance, housekeeping and landscaping personnel
Ensure compliance with covenants and documents of community
Utilize software for property management tasks
Conduct property inspections and address any issues promptly
Oversee RV lot and golf cart rental programs.
Skills
Strong customer service skills with the ability to interact professionally with resident owners and rental visitors
Proficiency in property management software
Knowledge of Real Estate administrative processes
Familiarity with legal administrative tasks related to property management
Conflict management skills to handle owner as well as renter issues effectively
Excellent office, maintenance, housekeeping and landscaping management skills including file organization and record keeping
Proficiency in phone etiquette for clear communication with owners, renters and vendors
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $55,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
