We are seeking enthusiastic, personable budtenders to work in our flagship dispensary in Byram who can guide patients to the appropriate cannabis products and provide impeccable customer service while complying with all regulations.

- River Remedy is a vertically integrated medical cannabis company that produces a variety of consumer-packaged goods for distribution among medical cannabis dispensaries in Mississippi.
- The Budtender role focuses on ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction by providing exceptional service and expertise in cannabis products.
- The Budtender will assist in maintaining the day-to-day operations of our licensed medical dispensary.
- Work will take place in a 37k square foot facility Byram which is collocated with cultivation and processing operations, the only one of its kind in Mississippi.
Responsibilities:
- Welcome and assist customers with a friendly and helpful attitude.
- Provide information about cannabis products, strains, and consumption methods.
- Ensure strict compliance with all state and local cannabis regulations.
- Verify customer identification and age in accordance with legal requirements.
- Handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly.
- Maintain a clean and organized dispensary area.
- Stay up to date on industry trends and product knowledge.
- Restock and organize inventory as needed.
- Address customer questions and concerns with professionalism.
- Collaborate with the team to create a welcoming and informative atmosphere.
Qualifications:
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Prior experience in retail or cannabis is preferred.
- Knowledge of cannabis strains, products, and consumptions methods.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detailed oriented and able to perform tasks accurately.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be available to work any shift during business hours, including weekends.
- Obtain Cannabis Work Permit (involves background check).
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 per hour
