We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Maintenance Assistant to join our team. Key Responsibilities
- Carpentry : Repair and install doors, windows, cabinets, and other wooden structures. Construct and assemble furniture and fixtures as needed.
- Plumbing : Address plumbing issues such as leaks, clogs, and faulty fixtures. Install and maintain plumbing systems, including pipes, valves, and water heaters.
- Electrical : Conduct electrical repairs and installations, including wiring, lighting, and outlets. Ensure all electrical systems are up to code and function safely.
- Assist in general maintenance tasks, including painting, drywall repair, and essential HVAC maintenance.
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests and work orders, ensuring timely resolution of issues.
