River Road Estates in Sparta, WI is looking for a caregiver to join our team!

Our ideal candidate is someone kind, dependable, and resident-focused. We are currently looking for 1st-shift and 2nd-shift applicants.

Join a family-owned local business in our mission to provide a safe and comfortable home for members of our community. River Road Estates is a 20 bed CBRF Assisted Living with residents of a variety of ages and abilities.

A caregiver's duties include:

✨Assistance with activities of daily living 

✨Companionship and emotional support

✨Personal care assistance (bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, etc.)

✨Laundry and Housekeeping

✨Meal planning and preparation

✨Administering medication

✨Monitoring our residents’ health

Available shifts and compensation: We have available shifts all days of the week. Compensation is $15.00 - $17.00/hour.
