At River Rock Property, we provide high-quality customer service to local residents and property owners, specializing in rental homes, twin homes, and apartments across Fargo/Moorhead and the surrounding areas. We are committed to maintaining the cleanliness and upkeep of our properties to ensure they are ready for future residents. We’re looking for a dedicated and experienced Cleaning Specialist to join our team!
Job Responsibilities:
- Residential Cleaning: Perform detailed cleaning of apartments and homes, ensuring they are ready for future tenants. This includes cleaning walls, floors, doors, light fixtures, and appliances.
- Common Areas: Clean Hallways and common spaces of assigned buildings to maintain a welcoming environment.
- Grounds Maintenance: Assist with spring and fall cleanup as well as other occasional grounds maintenance tasks.
- Additional projects: Complete other assigned tasks as necessary.
Knowledge, Skills and Competencies:
- Required: Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to and from properties.
- Physical Demands: Ability to lift up to 50lbs and perform tasks such as bending, kneeling, pushing, pulling.
- Attention to Detail: Must have a keen eye for cleanliness and quality.
- Work Ethic: Positive attitude, self-motivated and able to work independently.
- Experience: Knowledge of residential cleaning, including vacuuming, appliance cleaning, window washing, and general upkeep.
