Leasing Specialist Key Responsibilities:
- Leasing Inquiries & Showings: Respond to leasing inquiries, follow up on leads, and show available properties to prospective tenants.
- Property Listings & Marketing: Post available properties on Zillow, Facebook, and other relevant platforms. Assist with advertising and property marketing efforts.
- Lease Management: Process rental applications, execute leases, and collect deposits in a timely manner.
- Move-Ins & Move-Outs: Conduct move-in and move-out inspections, ensuring a smooth transition for tenants.
- Tenant Relations: Assist current tenants with any issues or concerns, ensuring a positive living experience.
- Maintenance Requests: Submit and track maintenance requests and work orders as necessary.
- Administrative Support: Assist with general administrative and property management tasks as needed.
- Relationship Building: Establish and maintain positive, professional relationships with both residents and prospective tenants.
Skills & Competencies:

- Customer Service Excellence: Strong communication and interpersonal skills to ensure exceptional service to tenants and prospects.

- Organization & Time Management: Superior ability to manage multiple tasks, stay organized, and pay attention to detail.
- Tech-Savvy: Strong computer skills, and familiarity with property management software like Appfolio is a plus.
- Valid Driver’s License: A reliable form of transportation and a good driving record are required.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Prior experience in property management, customer service, or a related field preferred.
- Knowledge of Appfolio software is a plus, but not required.
- Must have a current valid driver’s license and a reliable vehicle.
Schedule:
Day shift, Monday to Friday
On-call and weekends as needed
