We are seeking a Director of Nursing Services (DNS) RN to oversee our healthcare facility, starting at $100,000 per year .
Schedule :Key Responsibilities
- Strategically plan, organize, and direct the operations of the Nursing Service Department.
- Monitor and ensure comprehensive and accurate documentation in nurses’ notes, reflecting residents’ treatments, medications, and conditions.
- Conduct daily rounds to observe resident care, communicate with physicians, and visit selected residents.
- Collaborate with the Resident Assessment / Care Plan Coordinator to schedule, plan, and revise MDS processes, including the implementation of RAPs and triggers.
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing.
- Minimum 1 year of leadership experience in a long-term care setting (e.g., ADON or DON roles).
- Strong clinical, organizational, and interpersonal skills, with a passion for providing high-quality resident care.
