Occupational Therapist – Full-Time

Position Overview :
As an Occupational Therapist, you will implement therapy programs and provide individualized treatments to help patients achieve their personal goals. You will work collaboratively with an interdisciplinary team to ensure the highest standard of care.
Key Responsibilities :
- Implement personalized treatment plans as established by the primary Occupational Therapist.
- Collaborate with the rehabilitation team to create programs tailored to each patient's needs and capabilities.
- Instruct patients, families, and caregivers on occupational therapy techniques to support progress and independence.
- Evaluate patients to collect data for treatment planning and develop plans with targeted short-term and long-term goals.
