Optimae LifeServices is hiring full-time and part-time Job Coaches for River to River Bakery and Pizza in Adel. Weekend availability is required. Applicants should be caring, creative and passionate about working with people experiencing Mental Illness, Intellectual, and/or Developmental Disabilities. Daily tasks include, but is not limited to, pizza making/preparation, cleaning, running a register, serving patrons, etc. while providing job coaching and a valued work place to those with a mental health diagnosis. Qualifications:
- Be at least 18 years of age.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Food service experience.
- Licensed driver with a reliable vehicle and automobile insurance.
- Able to pass a required background check which includes Child and Dependent Adult Abuse, criminal record and driving record checks.
Duties:
- Provide employment skill building.
- Food service activities including, but not limited to, pizza making/preparation, running a register, cleaning tasks, etc.
- Supporting our customers to achieve their employment goals.
- We are looking for self-directed individuals with characteristics of compassion, patience, and problem solving skills.
- No experience necessary.
