WE WORK 4 DAYS A WEEK, MONDAY TO THURSDAY. HAVE A THREE DAY WEEKEND EVERY WEEKEND! NO EXPERIENCE REQUIRED, WE WILL TRAIN YOU! This does involve travel and overnights near jobsites during the week and then home on weekends.

Responsibilities
Apply coats of stain/sealer to protect interior and exterior surfaces of beautiful log homes. And usually with an incredible view!
Essential Responsibilities and tasks: Smooth and prepare surfaces for staining/sealing, including sanding, filling checks and cracks and joints with caulk. Stain and seal wood surfaces. Maintain inventory of tools and assist with inventory control of materials and equipment. Inspect jobs upon completion and ensure areas are clean. Work with homeowners to complete projects.
Safety: Operate tools and equipment according to established safety procedures. Perform preventive maintenance on tools and equipment and ensure that equipment is in safe operating condition. Follow established safety procedures and techniques to perform job duties (e.g. lifting, climbing, etc.). Prepare and use stain and sealer according to established procedures. Correct unsafe conditions in work area.
Physical demands and working environment: Field and construction site environment, travel from site to site, work around obstacles, work at heights on scaffolding and ladders, work in confined spaces, on uneven surfaces. Sufficient physical ability to perform heavy lifting, bending, stooping, climbing ladders, kneeling and crawling: standing or walking for prolonged periods of time: operating motorized vehicles and equipment. Equipment used includes brushes, taping and masking equipment, sanders, hand tools ladder scaffolding, grinder, etc.
