Shifts available: Days, Nights, 12 hour
Job Summary:
- Monitor, supervise and provide a safe and therapeutic environment for children and adolescents with emotional/behavioral issues admitted to the psychiatric children's hospital.
- Serve as a role model for the children and adolescents in work habits.
- Participate in and lead groups and unit activities.
- Assist with the implementation and intervention of the treatment plans and documentation.
- Foster collaborative working relationships among members of the leadership and management teams and programs.
Minimum Qualifications:
High School Diploma/GED
