Description
The Clinical Care Coordinator is responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations and services of providers in the four RiverValley Outpatient Clinic locations, which include tele-psychiatry, where Physician and APRN Psychiatric services are provided to clients. Fosters positive and collaborative relations with staff Physicians, APRNs, and other departments. Ensures quality services are provided and clients are treated with dignity and respect
Qualifications
Education and Experience:
· LPN or RN with 2 years’ experience in both nursing and management.
· Bachelor’s degree in Nursing and 3-5 years’ experience in nursing and management, preferred
