Summary :
River Valley Power & Sport - Marine is looking for a Customer Experience Specialist to join one of the Top 20 Marine Dealers in North America. This position requires high-level customer interaction, so the ideal candidate will possess a strong level of customer service while fully embracing the technologies and process to deliver the River Valley Experience. Duties and Responsibilities :
- Provide the highest level of customer support by answering inbound phone calls and emails
- Greeting, welcoming and navigating visitors to the appropriate person / department
- Assist the business office with licensing and title work (point person on licensing)
- Assist with "problem" deals for business office as it relates to licensing / titling
- Lead on google reviews & internal customer satisfaction surveys
- Assist with the end of day process; such as counting the till, running reports, filling out bank deposit slips
- Assisting with daily opening and closing tasks such as making coffee or popcorn, wiping down counters, doors, windows, unlocking or locking doors
- Maintain the phone voice mailbox and phone list
- Follow up with any missed calls or voicemails
Qualifications and Skills :
Schedule : 40 hours per week, Monday - Friday. Can work anytime between 8 : 30am - 6 : 00pm.
Work Location : In-office
Salary : $20.00 - $26.00 per hour including incentives
