The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer experiences, ensuring timely and efficient repair processes, and collaborating effectively with the shop and service team members.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries with professionalism and attention to detail.
- Record issues and data accurately into the Dealer Management System (LightspeedEVO).
- Communicate estimated repair times and pricing clearly.
- Coordinate repairs with the shop and service team members.
- Facilitate drop-off and pick-up of customer units.
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction with work performed.
Requirements
- Previous experience in customer service is essential.
- Basic knowledge of marine products is beneficial.
- Ability to follow instructions, both written and verbal, with attention to detail.
- Willingness to learn new technologies.
- Effectively handle multiple priorities, organize workload, and meet deadlines.
- Work collaboratively as part of a team to achieve common goals.
- High school diploma or equivalent; some college education is advantageous.
- Experience in a dealership setting (powersport, RV, automotive, heavy equipment) is preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Sharepoint) is beneficial.
- Lightspeed Evo experience is an asset.
