The Transportation Administrative Specialist is responsible for managing accurate fleet records, facilitating the onboarding of new vehicles, and preparing detailed transportation reports promptly and efficiently.
What You'll Do:
- Uphold and support the Cooperatives Mission, Vision, and Values.
- Maintain precise and up-to-date records for fleet fuel consumption, mileage, and repair activities.
- Monitor and submit required Department of Transportation (DOT) documentation electronically.
- Oversee fleet licensing and renewal procedures.
- Keep thorough IRP fleet records; file quarterly mileage reports and ensure annual fleet renewals.
- Prepare transportation reports as needed by management.
- Promote and adhere to safety standards.
- Undertake special projects as assigned by management to align with strategic objectives and support the overall success of River Valley Cooperative.
