Overview What You'll Do

As the Clinical Supervisor for the CBHI program, you'll play an essential role in guiding and supporting our team of clinicians, therapeutic mentors and therapeutic training & support staff. You’ll oversee clinical evaluations, treatment plans, and ensure the highest standard of care is provided to children and families. Your responsibilities will include:

• Overseeing clinical evaluations and the treatment of children and families in our CBHI program
• Documenting and summarizing findings and treatment plans in accordance with RVCC and CBHI standards
• Participating in multidisciplinary team meetings to ensure effective case management
• Maintaining and updating knowledge of community resources and services, and ensuring staff are regularly informed
• Leading outreach, advocacy, and case consultation efforts to meet client needs
• Preparing for and conducting regular supervision sessions for staff, including student interns
• Analyzing services to improve client care and maximize clinic staff utilization
• Planning and implementing ongoing educational programs for staff development
• Ensuring staff evaluations are completed on time and supporting professional growth
• Using time effectively to organize and maximize productivity across the team

What We’re Looking For

We are seeking an experienced, compassionate clinician who thrives in a leadership role. The ideal candidate will have:

• A Master’s Degree in human services, counseling, clinical psychology, social work, or a related field
• 3 years of experience as a licensed therapist, with at least 1 year of supervisory experience
• Strong crisis intervention, communication, and organizational skills
• Knowledge of legal and ethical issues in the field
• A collaborative, team-oriented approach to leadership
• LMHC, LICSW, or Lic. Psychologist in the state of MA required
