Location: CBHI Main Office is located in Chicopee, MA. We are looking to hire Therapeutic Mentors willing to travel/work with clients in the Franklin, Hampshire and Hampden counties!

Overview of What You'll Do:

As an In-Home Therapy Clinician, you’ll play a pivotal role in supporting children and families by providing clinical services and therapy. You'll deliver care in clients' homes, schools, and other community settings, helping families build skills and manage behavioral challenges. Your responsibilities include:

• Conducting comprehensive assessments, including CANS, and providing interpretive summaries and treatment recommendations
• Offering crisis intervention, risk management, safety planning, and care coordination
• Providing family therapy and skill-building/behavior management training
• Engaging natural supports and family members in treatment planning
• Ensuring clear, legible documentation and timely submission of progress notes
• Developing and implementing safety plans for clients
• Meeting a direct service productivity goal of 70% of available time

What We’re Looking For:

We are looking for individuals who are eager to work with diverse, challenging populations and who have a strong commitment to making an impact in the community. Our ideal candidate will have:

• A Master’s degree in human services, counseling, clinical psychology, social work, or a related field
• 3 years of experience is preferred, though new grads are encouraged to apply!
• Crisis intervention and risk management skills
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• A working knowledge of community resources and how to access them
• License eligibility for Massachusetts (LMHC, LCSW, LICSW preferred but not required)
• MA-CANS certification

Hiring Bonuses:We value the expertise and dedication of our clinicians and offer competitive bonuses to welcome you to our team!

• Up to $5,500 for Master’s Level, Unlicensed Clinicians
• Up to $6,500 for LCSWs
• Up to $7,000 for Independently Licensed Clinicians (LMHC, LMFT, LICSW, Lic. Psychologist)
• An additional $5,000 bonus for bilingual clinicians
• Up to $10,000 retention payments offered to licensed clinicians at signing and at one year of employment
