Position Summary
This role will oversee the smooth operation of the clinics’ Front Desk Department by assisting practice managers with training, supervision and guidance, in addition to performing secretarial and receptionist duties for assigned sites.
Key Responsibilities
To assist the Practice Manager & Assistant Practice Manager with onboarding and training of new clinical support staff
Oversee the smooth operation of the clinics' front desk department by streamlining processes
Provide supervision and guidance to clinical support staff
To provide secretarial and clerical support for the effective operation of the assigned site location
To coordinate and schedule appointments or meetings, as requested, for professional staff
To verify client information at the time of visit
To organize and maintain accurate files and records and to retrieve files as necessary
To answer phone calls promptly and courteously and to take and communicate message accurately
To assist the Site Director and professional staff with special projects and to perform other duties relative to site operations, as assigned or directed
To develop and maintain proficiency in using RVCC’s EHR (Carelogic) and computer systems accurately and effectively
Qualifications
Required:
Education Level - High School Diploma or GED
Years of Experience - At least 3 years of experience in an administrative role in a computerized office environment
Skills/Abilities - Excellent verbal and written communication skills; interpersonal skills; organizational skills; attention to detail; computer skills; good customer relations skills; knowledge of legal and ethical issues pertaining to the profession
Preferred:
Bilingual (English/Spanish) Preferred

Summary of Benefits
Salary Range: $18.25 - $24.25 / hour
Based on years of experience, level of education, specialty and licensure/certifications. Additional compensation for advanced education for qualifying positions.
