Knowledge and Abilities:
- Excellent telephone, oral, and written communication skills required.
- Be cooperative, friendly, and have a positive attitude toward callers and staff.
- Ability to handle high volume in-bound calls, working to resolve account related problems in a timely manner while maintaining an excellent level of courtesy and tact.
- Operate as support to our branch offices, and be able to multitask with efficiency.
- Understand products and services offered to be able to assist callers in using them.
- Able to operate a computer and accurately post transactions.
- Meet call center goals, answer rates and call times.
- Regular attendance is an essential function of the job.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $40,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
